一、帳號管理規則：
1、玩家遊戲中使用的君主名、封地名、軍團名、將領名等自訂命名均不得使用違反國家法規或帶侮辱性的詞語；
2、所有註冊帳號只可用於玩家進行正常的遊戲，用戶不得對遊戲進行惡意攻擊或破壞，官方有權對任何不符合遊戲規則的帳號進行封號和刪除；

二、遊戲漏洞規則：
1、官方鼓勵玩家報告遊戲中出現的問題和漏洞，一經證實將有機會獲得官方的獎勵；
2、所有利用遊戲中的漏洞進行非法牟利或惡意攻擊的行為被嚴格禁止，一經發現，帳號將被處以回檔、封號、刪號等處罰；
3、對於可能導致嚴重影響遊戲平衡性的重大問題，官方有權進行修正，回檔或停止伺服器運行；

三、遊戲輔助工具規則：
1、本遊戲禁止採用非官方提供的遊戲輔助工具，由此帶來的任何後果由玩家自己負責；
2、官方保留對採用遊戲輔助工具進行遊戲的帳號的處置權；

四、遊戲行為準則：
1、同意並按照官方不定時發佈、變更和修改的本玩家規則及其他規則，接受並使用我們的產品和服務，玩家不得通過不正當的手段或其他不公平的手段使用我們的產品和服務，或參與我們活動；
2、玩家不得干擾官方正常得提供產品和服務，包括但不限於：
（1）攻擊、侵入官方網站、遊戲、論壇伺服器或使伺服器超載；
（2）破解、修改官方提供的遊戲程式；
（3）攻擊、侵入官方的遊戲伺服器或遊戲伺服器端程式或使遊戲伺服器超載；
（4）製作、發佈、傳播任何形式的妨礙遊戲公平性的輔助工具或程式（外掛）；
（5）利用程式的漏洞和錯誤（BUG）破壞遊戲的正常或傳播該漏洞或者錯誤（BUG）；
（6）使用不合理的行為干擾或阻礙他人使用我們所提供的產品和服務。
3、玩家必須保管好自己的帳號和密碼，由於玩家個人的原因導致帳號和密碼洩露而造成的後果均將由該玩家自行承擔；
4、玩家需對自己帳號中的所有活動和時間負責。須遵守有關互聯網資訊發佈的有關法律、法規及通常適用的互聯網一般道德和利益的規範，玩家將自行承擔其所發佈的資訊內容的責任。特別的，玩家不得發佈下列內容：
(1) 反對憲法所確定的基本原則的；
(2) 危害國家安全，洩露國家秘密，顛覆國家政權，破壞國家統一的；
(3) 損害國家榮譽和利益的；
(4) 煽動民族仇恨、民族歧視，破壞民族團結的；
(5) 破壞國家宗教政策，宣揚邪教和封建迷信的；
(6) 散佈謠言，擾亂社會秩序，破壞社會穩定的；
(7) 散佈淫穢、色情、賭博、暴力、兇殺、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
(8) 侮辱或者誹謗他人，侵害他人合法權益的；
(9) 含有法律、行政法規禁止的其他內容的資訊。
(10) 侵犯任何第三者運營團隊的智慧財產權，版權或公眾/私人習慣的。
(11) 違反任何人文道德、風俗習慣的。
(12) 任何形式的未經允許的廣告都是不允許的。
5、玩家的遊戲帳號、遊戲角色，以及與官方產品相關的論壇昵稱不得包含本規則第四條第5款所禁止發佈的內容。

五、懲罰規則：
a、警告：即對違規玩家進行警告。
b、禁言：即禁止違規玩家發言的權利；
c、剝奪：即剝奪違規玩家的所有非法所得；
d、削弱：即削弱違規玩家的包括生產和戰爭在內的能力；
e、封號：即封閉違規玩家的帳號；
f、刪號：即刪除違規玩家的帳號；
g、玩家對懲罰如有解釋或意見，可以在遊戲內給客服發郵件進行說明。

六、服務中斷、停止和變更的說明發生下列情形之一時，官方有權中斷、停止或變更其所提供的服務，對於因此而產生的困擾、不便或損失，官方不承擔任何責任；
1、定期檢查或施工，軟硬體更新等，即暫停服務，官方將儘快完成維修、維護工作。
2、伺服器遭到任何形式的破壞，無法正常運作。
3、網路線路或其他導致玩家通過Internet連接到遊戲伺服器的動作發生滯礙等情形。
4、自然災害等不可抗力的因素。
5、在緊急情況之下為維護國家安全或其他會危及第三者人身安全時。
6、發生突發性軟硬體設備與電子通信設備故障時。

七、智慧財產權官方所提供的產品和服務僅供玩家個人及非商業目的使用。與產品和服務有關的全部資訊、資料、技術（包括相關的軟體）的著作權、專利權、商標、商業秘密、其他智慧財產權、所有權或其他權利，均為官方或其權利人的合法授權，不得對任何該資訊、資料、軟體和服務進行修改、拷貝、散步、傳送、展示、執行、複製、發行、授權、製作衍生著作、轉移或銷售。如果玩家未遵守本條款的上述規定，官方可立即終止向其提供產品和服務，玩家同時必須銷毀任何獲得的上述資訊、資料、軟體或產品。

A, account management rules:
1, the account name, monarch name, fief name, bianconeri name, custom name could not be used in violation of state regulations or have contumelious words;
2, all registered account only can be used for a normal game, users can not attack or damage game malicious, the official has the right to delete user's account if the account name is illegal;

B, the game loophole rules:
1, we encourage players to report on the problems and loophole, once it is confirmed the user will have the chance to get official award;
2, the users who use the game loophole illegally or malicious attacks behavior will be punished, the punishment is including account blocking, account data retreated, account deletion;
3, for serious influence of game balance major issues, the official shall have the right to repatching, retreat server data or stop the server running;

C, game auxiliary tool rules:
1, any unofficial game auxiliary tool is prohibited, any concequences of using it will be undertaken by the users;
2, the official reserves the right to dispose the game account with game auxiliary tool;

D, the in-game behaviour rules:
1, agree and according to the official untime issue, change and modification of this user rules and other rules, accept and use our products and services, the player may not use our products and services, or participate in our activity through improper means or other unfair means;
2, the player is not allowed to interfere with the official products and services, including but not limited to:
(1) attack, intrusion official website, games, BBS server or make server overload;
(2) crack, modify the official games;
(3) attack, intrusion official game server or make the game server overload;
(4) production, publishing, spread any form of hindering game fairness with auxiliary tools or program (plug);
(5) use program vulnerabilities and error (BUG) to damage the game or spread the loophole and mistakes (BUG);
(6) through unreasonable behavior interference or obstruction of another person to use what we provide products and services.

3, users must take care of your own account number and password, if users lost account by your personal reason, we will not take that responsibility;

4, players need to take responsibility for his own account of all activities and behaviours, must abide by the relevant internet information released and the relevant laws, regulations and usually apply internet general moral norms and interests, players will take full responsibility for the informaition content. In particular, the player may not release the following contents:
(1) against the basic principles of the constitution,
(2) endanger state security, disclose state secrets to subvert the state power or disruption of the national unity;
(3) damage national reputation and interest;
(4) stir up ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermining national unity;
(5) undermining the country's religious policies to promote cults and feudal superstitious;
(6) spread rumours, disturb the social order, undermine social stability;
(7) spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigation crime;
(8) insult or slander others, infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
(9) contains the laws and administrative rules and regulations from other contents of information.
(10) infringe any third party operation team of intellectual property rights, copyright or the public/private habits.
(11) in violation of any human morality, and the customs and habits.
(12) any form of without the permission of the ads is not allowed.

5, the player's account, game role, as well as with the official product related BBS pet name must not contain the rules article 4 paragraph 5 banned content.

E, punishment rules:
1, warning: illegal players for warning.
2, banned: prohibite illegal players speaking right;
3, deprivation: namely deprived of illegal players all illegal income;
4, weaken: weaken the illegal players including the ability of production and war;
5, title: closed illegal players account;
6, delete number: delete illegal players account;
7, users can send us internal customer service email specification to feedback any suggestion or opinion.

F, service interruption, stop and change which occurred in one of the following situations, the official does not undertake any responsibility for the resulting problems, inconvenience or loss;

G, intellectual property rights official offer products and service is only for personal and non-commercial purpose players use. The products and services with all the pertinent information, material, technology (including relevant software) is right, patent, trademark, business secret, and other intellectual property rights, ownership or other rights, belongs to the official. Any of the information, data, software & services modifying, copying, transmit, display, execution, copy, release, authorization, create derivative to compose, is not allowed to transfer or sell. If the user doesn't abide the terms of the above provisions, we can be immediately terminated to supply the products and services, the user must destroy the above information, material, software or product at the same time.

H, the rules of the game explanation, changeing and adding the interpretation of the rules, the effectiveness and applicable to based on the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any content of this agreement is against the law conflicts, it should comply with the law.
